David Malmo-Levine has been writing about cannabis since 1992 and organizing civil disobedience since 1993. In 1995 David was flown out from Edmonton to Vancouver to be a professional pot activist by Marc Emery. In 1996 David sold pot openly, creating the legend of Vansterdam. Charges from the “Harm Reduction Club” led David to become the youngest self-represented person to appear before the Supreme Court. Since his defeat there, David created the Herb School and the Herb Museum. The former resulted in four months in jail and the latter he sold to a US pot activist in order to open up a med pot dispensary for both sick and healthy people. His websites are potshot.ca, herbmuseum.ca and stressedanddepressed.ca.
